Robertsons Spice wanted to do an activation that promoted the origin of spice. The concept was to host a 5 day Pop Up restaurant in Melrose Arch shopping precinct. We designed a black box structure that completely transformed every 24 hours to showcase the origin of each of the featured spices. Celebrity chefs were invited to design and prepare bespoke menus for the featured spices each day. Tickets to each sitting were sold out across all 5 days.
To say the project was a massive success is a huge understatement and for our efforts we won a Bronze Loerie Award.
